I’m a big fan of introspection and sitting back regularly for a few moments to evaluate where I’m at and what little changes I can make to get to an even healthier, flourishing life, and I wanted to incorporate that into the blog as well! These questions will include a broad spectrum of issues and ideas to hopefully cover areas that would be helpful to each of my readers.

For me, my blog is my form of journaling. It allows me to be creative and open with my thoughts, and reflect on the things that I do each week. I feel like since I have started blogging and sharing my thoughts/experiences openly, it has made me more appreciative and confident about what I am able to do. I think this is a really good idea and look forward to learning more.
