The Little Things

Hello and happy Sunday! This week was a really solid week in workouts, and I’m pretty happy about how it all went. I didn’t get in my lifting session this week (oops), so that’s the one thing I would’ve liked to do differently.

 

The sprint workout, while tough, leaves me feeling unbelievably good and on top of the world, so I was happy about that! I can’t believe I’m already over a month into training, and that race day is as close that it is already!
