The Little Things

Because of the beautiful weather we had on Friday the 7th, I ended up moving my long run for this week from the 8th to the 7th. It was a smart move, and that’s why I have the week starting on Friday this week instead of Saturday. This week was totally atypical, in that I spent the entire weekend studying for an insanely HUGE test that I had yesterday (more on that this coming week), and I was also gone at a conference for two days. Good things, but it totally messed up my training. It happens. Here’s how the week looked:

I still managed to move this week, and used walks for from stress relief as I studied for hours. I sure did miss my Wednesday bike ride this week too!
