Wow- January flew by really quickly this year! Does it feel like it went quickly for anyone else? January has been a great month of getting organized and checking a lot of items that have accumulated over the last few months on my “to do list”. It was also an exciting month as I took a few new steps of wellness in my life, and had a few new experiences.
Overall I’m really happy with the way that January has gone and the goals that I have met.
A few goals for February:
I’m excited for this next month ahead!
Now it’s your turn to share: Did you meet your January goals? What was one exciting thing that you accomplished these past 31 days? Do you have any goals for the next month?
Sounds like you are doing a great job keeping up on your goals. This may sound silly, but what are planks?

ewwww, love this idea!!! Also, a great way to keep track of your accomplishments and new goals!! thanks for the idea! #commenthour
You are my hero. Your accomplishments in just one month are amazing. You go girl! I also don’t know what planks are but they sound painful… so good luck with those 😛
Here’s a video that gives a quick example of the standard plank:

There are also side planks you can do. If you’re interested, there are a number of videos and explanations online about planks as well! Start small and gradually increase as you gain strength!
You’re not the only one that feels January flew by real quick – but it’s great that you are keeping track of your goals month-by-month! I might be doing this myself.
I, too, have been conscious about staying hydrated especially because I actually got sick and was almost knocked off my feet for a week! And I used to love Chobani yogurt!
Planking made me think of something different entirely. http://planking.collegewallofsha.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/image-1.jpeg
Congrats on the accomplishments, and good luck with the rest of the year!
