This quote deeply resonated with me, and I found myself repeating this multiple times a week. Right now, I continue to repeat this to myself every time I start to doubt myself, and I’ll probably end up repeating it a few times on Saturday.
The fact is that most of us struggle with doubts at some point. We each have this little voice inside us that tells us that we can’t do it. We have the choice if we listen to the voice and live our life accordingly, or if we choose to fight it and not let it win.
For me, the voice inside my head telling me I can’t run this race is a liar. I will run this race and I will have fun!
Now it’s your turn to share! What does that little voice in your head tell you that you can’t do? What do you do when you doubt yourself?
Good luck! You CAN do it! Can’t wait to read your race recap and here about your experience. You got this!
Good luck!
Love the motivation photo. Good luck! Lately I have been thinking of a photo I found on Pinterest – Don’t let your mind give out before your legs do. That one works for me!
That’s a great quote too. Quotes can be really motivating, so I’m happy I found that quote when I did:)
What a great motivation photo! Great job on the last training run…enjoy the taper and then good luck on the race!
Thank you!
That is an amazing quote!! I am so glad you shared it!! I know we can all relate to negative self talk from time to time, we just have to combat it with the positive truths that we know! U will do so great at your race! No “what ifs?” just “ive got this!” have a great day! Spa love!
